Summary
Eternity is wonderful.
For the first few thousand years.
After that...
Not so much.
Agni decides that if existence insists on being unbearably boring, he'll simply become human.
Surely nothing catastrophic could come from that.

Right?Or Zuko is Agni.

Summary
The war is over ten years ago, but the hardest battle has only just begun.
Charged with rebuilding the Fire Nation, Fire Lord Zuko must navigate political unrest, lingering prejudice, and the shadow his father left behind. Peace is fragile, old enemies remain close, and every choice carries the weight of a nation.
Amid the uncertainty, he finds an unexpected ally in Iris—a common healer devoted to healing wounds that run far deeper than flesh. As the years unfold, their lives become intertwined with Team Avatar, the royal family, and a kingdom struggling to redefine itself after a century of war.
Worthwhile is a post-canon story about rebuilding what war destroyed, discovering where home truly lies, and the people who helped shape Fire Lord Zuko into the man he was always meant to become.

Then Sokka starts carrying more than he should.
Zuko starts paying attention to things he’d rather ignore.
And Toph discovers that a pair of glasses can ruin a perfectly good friendship.

Some connections are easy.
Others are a lot harder to walk away from.
One campus. New beginnings. Messy friendships. Complicated love. Nobody said college was easy. -

As soon as she arrived, she almost wiped out half of the guards before they dragged her into solitary confinement. Everyday after that she’d continue to get herself back into confinement. Though there were a couple lives permanently changed, for better or maybe for worse. Ty Lee, after the war joined the Kyoshi warriors. Since then she has become a renowned warrior and has many medals in her honor. She is still bubbly as usual to the public eye, but Mai has said that Ty Lee has been different since she betrayed Azula. “Her smiles just don't feel as real anymore”. Outside of being a warrior, she rarely ever leaves her home. She only has the occasional visitor, typically Mai or other Kyoshi warriors. Summary
The blacksmith posting paid four times anything Kaia had ever made. The prince it came with hadn't smiled in four years.
When General Iroh hires a scrappy, underpaid blacksmith for Prince Zuko's rusted warship, he's not looking for someone to fix the doors: he's looking for someone who might fix his nephew. Kaia of Sui didn't sign up for that. She signed up for the money, the adventure, and an escape from a father who stopped speaking to her years ago.
But somewhere between dragging Zuko to music night and lying to military officers on his behalf, keeping her distance stops being an option, and the Fire Nation's war stops being someone else's problem.
slow-burn, enemies to friends to lovers, angst, found family, a girl who will not stop talking, poor descriptions of metal working, straddling the line between Zuko being an awkward turtleduck and super hot

Summary
“It’s not a boat, but it could be something we can use”
“Are you sure about this? What if it’s a trap!”
“Then I’ll hold them off and you get out!”
Katara didn’t like that plan at all but Sokka was stubborn about it, no way in hell was his little sister getting captured by the most evil people on the planet. But honestly, he was really hoping it was just something dropped into the water by accident, that ended up floating all the way here. That would be useful and safe, the Fire Nation wouldn’t miss one little red bundle of supplies, right? Right! But as they got closer, the two kids realised, it wasn’t something that had been dropped into the ocean, it was someone. It was hard to tell at a distance, all Sokka could tell was that they were definitely Fire Nation by the clothing. At that point he’d wanted to turn around, let the murderous scum die in the cold, but Katara refused, at least until they checked for life.
