When Barry Allen gets stuck on Earth-177 he finds himself without powers and a prisoner at Fox River Penitentiary. As he sets foot in the prison field for the first time, he sees a man who looks and acts exactly like Leonard Snart. A doppelgänger. It shouldn’t affect him as much as it does.
Barry knows it can’t be the person he thinks it is.
Because Leonard Snart died sacrificing himself to destroy the Oculus.

Ignoring the concept of mental health and social life, he doesn't like the idea of being seen as pathetic or god forbid disabled(In which despite his best attempts he still is both). And due to that fear he'll do anything but help himself, because the first step to getting help is admitting you need it. Something he'll never do.
But maybe the turning of a new leaf all begins one night at 3am at the only open coffee shop?

They change timeline in the way where Eddie is alive, and Barry needs to learn how to forget about Iris and face the problems he had already faced without breaking the timeline even more. Barry finds new, very unexpected love, Captain Cold, aka Leonard Snart.
I suck at summaries, so basically Barry and Savitar change the timeline, and Barry falls in love with Snart as the time goes on.

Flash felt better with the Rogues, felt safer and he just didn't know how to feel with everything. So, he stays, because he can't seem to tell Leonard Snart no, and he knows that's the best decision he's ever made.
