Ilya laughed and held his gaze. He liked this man. Which was odd, considering he had met him about ten minutes ago and he was getting in the way of Ilya doing his job.
He thought of his job. It wasn't like Ilya was trying to steal the nuclear codes. Somehow the potential reward of learning more about Freckles seemed to outweigh the risks.
Ilya had never been great at risk assessment when it meant giving up something that made him curious.
