Astrid Aubern. Terran, 23 years old. He/him. Several noted behavioral issues spanning long before the Accord's surrender. Has become increasingly hostile to and ignorant of all attempted Protectorate communication. Has not been seen outside of the Sepalridge Habilitation Complex since the middle of April, and has not been seen at all since the beginning of May. An experienced BXWC agent is en route to assist him.
Everything is just so frustratingly perfect. Pepper thought to herself. They don't really need people like me around now. The new government is telling me to just do what I want to do, but I don't really know what that is. I never had any hobbies, any stories to tell, any art to create. All I've ever done is keep my head down and focus on doing what kept the bills paid and my mind distracted, but that's gone now too.
Feels like I don't have a real purpose anymore...-

Or maybe the better question was why wasn’t Eddie? If either of them was going to get freaked out by the assumption that he was dating a man, it would make more sense for it to be Eddie, who was straight, and not Buck, who had, in fact, already dated men.

There’s no connected storyline, so don’t worry about continuity <33
(I know that it's tagged as mature but there is NO SMUT OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT. The most you get is a REFERENCE to the... Ra's sister incident in Red Robin and that's definitely not shown in an attractive way. Mature is due to references to situations such as suicide, self harm, and overall harmful incidents, with only 2 fics so far actually focusing on such. Stay safe everyone, you are not alone.)
