Summary
When Dazai goes missing on a routine investigation, the ADA are forced to investigate the Overlook; a sprawling gothic hotel that appears to have sprung up overnight. Yet, this is far from any ordinary rescue mission and - in order to rescue Dazai - they'll each have to face off against their worst fears.

“Hm, do you know which way that is? You sound unsure.” She whispers softly, “A little out of sorts, so to speak. Are you sad? Are you glad? I don’t think you can be both, but I know more impossible things than that have happened before.”
“I don’t think-”
“Then don’t speak.” She interrupts, then she leans forward, sinking a few feet closer to the ground. “It’s good practice to think before you speak, or else you might say something you regret.”
Atsushi’s mouth snaps closed.
“You remind me of a cat I used to know.” She continues, “You're a cat person, aren't you? More cat than person."
Atsushi's heart skips a beat, "What?"

Summary
A few days ago a new ability used came into town. And randomly everyone became separate from their abilities, almost liks the dead apple incident. But instead of attacking they acted as if they were normal abilty users.
This caused not chaos but some sort of balance, as they felt assurance and understanding. Though amoung the dangerous abilities there were....issues. Therefore the four most important and powerful organizations had to handle it.
The Hunting Dogs and The Special Divisions handle highly dangerous abilities, The Armed Detective Agency and The Port Mafia handle the somewhat Dangerous Abilities.
