It was a normal mission. Dismantling fighting rings was routine for M'staeng at this point. What was not normal was getting himself captured on one of those missions, but that was fine. H'kye killing him when she inevitably rescued him scared him more than anything the Homn'cli could do to him. It wouldn't be too bad.
Of course, he didn't expect for the Homn'cli to have captured a fucking human, much less make them his cellmate. Sharing a cage with a species considered death incarnate wasn't how M'staeng saw his imprisonment going.

And he’s been painting a lot more. A lot more if you compare it to his usual basis. He loves the rainbow, it’s his favorite color. Anyone in town knows this, just ask and you’ll get the same answer. But he’s been favoring another color as of late.
Green.
He decided to go outside to get some fresh air and paint while he realized this epiphany. He never particularly had strong feelings about the color, but everytime he saw something green, he had a sense of longing. The bushes, the trees, the grass, hell, every time he saw Howdy himself he remembered the distinct word that was ingrained into his brain at this point.
Green. Again, the feeling like he needs to remember always comes back.

She sits in her car in the Hermitcraft parking lot, clutching her satchel with both hands where it rests in her lap. She digs her fingers into it hard enough to indent the leather in an attempt to steady her shaking hands. It doesn’t work, and it doesn’t help, but she pretends it does.
When Xisuma approached her the day after Impulse Esvee, the most respected ghost hunter at Hermitcraft, sent her an email, Gem couldn’t help but think that it was a joke.
Or, Gemini Tay joins the group. She never expected it to be her job to pick up everyone’s broken pieces.

10/27/25 - I noticed a lot of mistakes with this when rereading it today! I honestly love how this turned out, my motivation only comes out during big hyperfixations so I’m so glad this was pretty good in my eyes :3

Hermitcraft x Ratsmp
(This takes place when the rats smp ends )I always wondered what happened to my poor rats that ran away. I know they had no other choice and seeing them go made me the most upset in all my years. The little rodents always did little task for me, oh how I will miss them.
But then, something new appeared. A couple of new rats had appeared, but for sure, they have been turned into rats as they entered this thing called the rift. They are not from here, they aren’t. They even call themselves “The Hermits”.
Those little animals have a lot to do. I very much hope they know what they’re doing. They get into a bunch of adventures and misadventures, some fun some scary. Some things stand in there path, Sometimes love and friendly rivalry can spark. But as they are reminded In the end they know there goal,
They need to find a way home.
Or
The hermits find out that the rift has opened back up and leads them into the world of Rats Smp. They experience a bunch of funny little adventures with a little angst here and there.
