Summary
The small village of Oakhaven cherished it's parish, even if it was run by the most inimitable Pastor one could imagine...
Pastor Gold - a 22 year old man who covered up his truth under orange foundation, fake wigs and unappealing suits. A learnt habit, a mechanism of self defence, a technique to detach from his adolescence. Underneath all that though, only God and Gold saw another in the mirror, that boys name was Wilbur.
A university student returns from the city to spend Christmas with her religious family, the two are introduced to one another. Gold quickly falls for Clara - her soft eyes and angel-like curls. The girl is fond of the sweet Pastor, despite his incomparable persona.
Will she be able to see beyond the character Wilbur created for himself, and save him?
