You hear his voice... In this state, barely able to see or hear, it is the only thing of familiarity. Several times you blink to try clear your bleary eyes, but your vision doesn't improve, not even as he steps over you and you see the messy outline of his hair.
"I see we're awake," he says softly. He sounds neither pleased nor upset, rather more like he's making a simple observation.

He turns around to face Hiyori, feeling a little anxious, and tries not to look him right in the eye so as to not get even more scared.
