To be clear. If he did this, its not like the account will be the front runner or anything. Let alone get insider bullshit but still. It'll probably help with his english right, it'll also make him updated on the rival's captain.
It just make sense. And who knows it'll also help him know Hollander's strategy, see. It make sense. Thats all.
Or
What if Rozanov was too enamored by Hollander after what happened in the hotel gym. Couldn't get enough of him that he made an update account to have a reason to watch his every move.
