Summary
In a world most transient does the past hide, and in the whims of floating flowers does thin snow abide.
If the measure of humanity is having a heart, then he cannot be deemed as such.
If one without a heart experiences joy and sorrow, then he shall be a puppet most alike to humanity.
He needs not introduce himself, for ordinary folk will never get to know him.
Nor will he need to immerse himself in the sea of humanity, for he has long forsaken any worthless emotion.
Several times now he has risen and fallen, and now he lives only for himself.
"Wanderer" is how he believes he might be best described — he has no home, no kin, and no destination.
Like the breeze, he lives in this world, and he walks its length and breadth.

Summary
Scaramouche finds a boy named Teucer wandering the halls of Zapolyarny Palace. He doesn’t want any humans near him—including children, but when Il Dottore lurks in the shadows, he decides to watch over the child. He knows more than anyone else the dangers of that man.
“Poor puppet,” Dottore shakes his head, amused by the sight before him, “to be cursed with the blessing of immortality.”
Scaramouche remains still, head lying in a pool of his own blood.
Dottore wonders if his inferior is actually unconscious as he bends down, running a hand through the red liquid. It glistens on his fingertips, seemingly alive and thrumming with energy. He plays with it using his thumb, the liquid tact against his glove.
“You’ve done a lot of damage,” he says, idly. “It will take me quite a while to repair you back to prime health. How do you plan to repay me?”

Pantalone had become an expert in Mondstadtian law in the time it took Jean to scrutinize the paperwork cover to cover. “Mondstadt tradition dictate that marriages must be observed in the Church under the eye of Barbatos. Surely that questions the validity of our… bar wedding.”
The Acting Grandmaster looks flustered. “A-actually, the focus of that decree is less of the location, but more of the, ah, eye of Barbatos…”
Venti abruptly erupts into a choking fit. Unfortunately, he doesn’t die.After the events of Xylophone, Pantalone gets shitfaced in a Mondstadtian Bar. It's not one of his finest moments.

Summary
Dottore waited for almost a century just to reunite with the puppet. The puppet however was faced with a reunion already ruined by death. His grief festered into resentment as he struggled to accept Dottore's segments, who he believed could never replace the man that he lost.
The segments called themselves Dottore. The puppet looked at them and saw only strangers. It was inevitable that the segments would become bitter because of the puppet's rejection.
For all that they ever wanted was for the puppet to return their affection.
Or, Segment Omega decided that if the puppet couldn't accept him, then he would simply revoke his ability to refuse him.
