Summary
Luke was chewing on his lip the way Brett had seen him do in interviews after a particularly rough game. Not that Brett watched a lot of interviews. He just—thought maybe he should get more familiar with the guy he’d be partnered with for the foreseeable future. So he might have watched a couple of interviews.
And because of that Brett knew he probably wouldn't get a straight answer, that it was probably a bad idea to keep prodding and pushing until Luke broke. He did it anyway.
