Summary
A dark force moves on the woods and villages of Camelot and the surrounding lands, swallowing people and places of magic, disrupting the balance. Uneasy, the Druids seek Merlin's help.
Under the nose of King Uther, the Round Table seeks to investigate this series of mysterious disturbances. Eager to keep the commoner knights away during Samhain celebrations, Uther grants Sirs Lancelot, Elyan, and Gwaine permission to travel— but on their journey to rendezvous with the Druids, Gwaine is taken. Battered and bruised, Lancelot and Elyan race back to Camelot to inform the others, and, worried for their comrade, the Round Table set out after Gwaine. Meanwhile, Gwaine finds himself unexpectedly reunited with an old friend.
Can the prisoners thwart the machinations of their jailkeepers? Can the Round Table rescue them before the Druids' secrets are revealed? Who moves in the shadows of Camelot, and what will they will they sacrifice to their quest for power?
Through it all, will Merlin, Morgana and the Round Table avoid Uther Pendragon's suspicion, and his wrath?

Summary
On the ship to the Ice Court, Matthias is stuck passing on a message to Nina. He finally learns the full story of how he landed in and stayed in Hellgate for so long.
OR:
Communication is slightly more effective at fixing interpersonal problems than staying on opposite sides of a ship is. Just maybe.
Nina's explanation is slightly canon-divergent but not a whole lot.
(NO AI NOW OR EVER, thank you, love you, bye)

“I have a rainbow one! And a blue and green one! And a pink, purple, and blue one! And a blue and pink one! And this one is pink and orange! And - -”
“That’s a lot of flags, Spider-Man,” Eddie chuckles.
“Yep! I got them all. I have so many. Buck only has one. Which one do you have?”
“I don’t have a flag,” Eddie says. "I'm not sure which one belongs to me right now."
Or, Theo collects all the flags at Pride. Eddie tries to find one that fits.

Buck: Haha. No. I mean my real name is Evan
Eddie: Why Buck?
Buck: It’s my last name. Buckley
Eddie: Now who has a slim grasp on internet safety, Evan Buckley?
Buck: Okay, do as I say, not as I do
Or: Buck doles out the worst - but well-meaning - advice in the world. Eddie, naturally, listens.

Summary
'Merlin, my friend. What –?'
'I need your help hiding a body.'
Every man in the antechamber froze, the silence thick and breathless. No one so much as moved as they all stared at the threshold, where the door stood ajar only a fraction, blocking them from view.
Yet it was Lancelot's reply, carried on the edge of a weary sigh, that made disbelief stutter in Arthur's chest.
'Again?'
******
A fragment of overheard conversation leads Arthur and his knights deep into the Darkling Woods, where the truth about Merlin's magic finally comes out.

Summary
“I can’t sleep,” Spooky Doorway Eddie says. “Can we just keep fighting tomorrow?”
The annoyance drops from a boil to a simmer. He reaches for the covers, holding up a corner in an invitation for a temporary truce. “I’m still mad at you.”
“I know,” Eddie offers, crossing the room and slipping beneath the sheets. “I’m mad at you, too.”
Or, a first fight and a truce.
